To the unknown heirs of Robert Paul Davis, deceased-Cause No. 064-20-PR-You are hereby commanded to appear and answer before the County Court at Law No. 2, Angelina County, Texas, in Lufkin, Texas, at or before 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication hereof, being at or before 10:00 a.m. on Monday, then and there to answer the Application for Independent Administration and Letters Letters of Administration Pursuant to Section 401.003 of the Texas Estates Code, the Application for Heirship, the Application and Affidavit for Temporary Restraining Order and Temporary Injunction and the Motion to Appoint Attorney Ad Litem in Cause No. 064-20-PR, styled, In the Estate of Robert Paul Davis, Deceased, in which JaNelle Trexler is administrator. The said Application to Determine Heirship requests that a determination be made by the Court as to the heirs and interest of each heir. The Court has authority in this matter to enter an order and provide for the division of the estate which will be binding on you.
