PR-20-01771-3 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Teresa Dawn Chandler, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 3 of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, August 17, 2020, to answer the Application for Determination of Heirship and for Letters of Independent Administration Without Bond filed by Steven Chandler a/k/a Steven Kent Chandler, on the June 11, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Teresa Dawn Chandler, Deceased, No. PR-20-01771-3, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on November 17, 2019 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Teresa Dawn Chandler, Deceased.
