P14036 INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION & DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP TO ALL UNKNOWN OR MISSING HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF JERRY WAYNE GILMORE, DECEASED ALICIA KAY GILMORE, in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed on 07/30/2020 a APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION in the estate of JERRY WAYNE GILMORE, Deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of JERRY WAYNE GILMORE, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in said estate, and appoint ALICIA KAY GILMORE to serve as the Independent Administrator of said estate and grant Letters of Independent Administration to same. The Court may act on said Application and any opposition at any call of the docket on or after 10 o’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the Liberty County Courthouse, 1923 Sam Houston Street, Liberty, TX 77575 in Liberty, Texas.
