CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF NORMA ELIZABETH TAYLOR, DECEASED On the 18TH day of May, 2020, Kurt Truelove, filed his Notice of Appearance for Jerry Thomas Taylor, Jr., for Application for Determination of Heirship in a proceeding styled In The Estate of Norma Elizabeth Taylor, Deceased, and bearing the number 2020-18131-CCL, in the County Court At Law of Harrison County, Texas. The Court will hear the aforesaid Application for Determination of at 10:00 A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 10 days after the date of publication of this citation, before the Honorable Joe Black in the County Court at Law of Harrison County, at the Courthouse in said County located at 200 West Houston Street in Marshall, Texas. All persons interested in the aforesaid estate are commanded to appear at or before the time set for said hearing by filing a written contest to or answer to said Application should they desire to oppose or contest it. Said written contest or answer shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk of Harrison County, Texas in Marshall, Texas. The officer serving this citation shall, in compliance with the law, serve it by publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in this, the county in which such proceeding is pending, for not less than ten days before the return day hereof, exclusive of the day of publication, and the date of publication said newspaper bears shall be the day of publication.
