FM-67877 IN THE INTEREST OF E.R.C AND G.R.C CHILDREN IN THE DISTRICT COURT 318TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT MIDLAND COUNTY, TEXAS NOTICE BY PUBLICATION STATE OF TEXAS TO: Desmond Anthony Woodberry, Respondent, and to all whom it may concern: You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 20 days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you. The petition of Angel Carrasco and Elizabeth Carrasco, Petitioners, was filed in the 318th District Court of Midland County, Texas, on June 29, 2020, against Desmond Anthony Woodberry, Sara E. Carrasco, and unknown father, in cause numbered FM67877, and entitled "In the Interest of E.R.C AND G.R.C. This lawsuit requests the establishment of the parent-child relationship, and the appointment of conservators for the children and the imposition of possession, child support ,and health support for the children. In addition, pursuant to a temporary restraining order in the 3181h district court of Midland County, Texas, you are commanded to obey each and all the terms of said order, until and pending hearing on such application for temporary injunction is held on July 29, 2020 at 8:45 a.m., when and where you will appear and show cause, if any you can, why injunction should not be issued and why other relief prayed for should not be granted. The Court has authority in this suit to enter any judgment or decree affecting the children and the parent-child relationship that will be binding on you.
