NO. 3 OF CATHY ELAINE STORZ OLSEN, GEORGE CARL STORZ, TIMOTHY MICHAEL STORZ, SARA JEAN WYLIE, KATIE MARIE PERRITT, BRYAN DANIEL STORZ, SHAE MARIE LOFTIS, AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF WINONA FLANAGAN STORZ, DECEASED, Defendants, filed in said Court on the May 28, 2020 the nature of Plaintiff’s demand being as follows, to wit: This is an in rem proceeding seeking court approval to foreclose on the real property located at 4907 Sandra Lynn Drive, Mesquite, Texas 75150 and more particularly described as: Lot 14, Block 3 of County Club Estates, First Installment, an Addition t0 the City of Mesquite, Texas, according to the Map recorded in Volume 27, Page 169, Map Records, Dallas County, Texas.” HEREIN FAIL NOT, but of this writ make answer as the law requires.
