You may employ an attorney. If you, or your attorney, do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday following the expiration of twenty days from the date of the issuance of this citation, same being May 03, 2021 a default judgment may be taken against you. The petition of Rachel Hendrix and Travis Hendrix, Petitioner, was filed in the 362nd Judicial District Court, 3rd floor, of Denton County, Texas on 03/23/2021, against Micheal Parrish, Respondent, and entitled “In the Interest of Isaiah Patrick Finnegan, a Child” cause no. 21-2227-362. The nature of this suit is as follows: to terminate the parent-child relationship between Micheal Parrish and the minor child, to grant the adoption of the minor child by Travis Hendrix, change the child’s name to Isaiah Patrick Hendrix, and for general relief.
