The below described tracts are the properties of the subject of this suit: Plaintiffs are undivided interest owners by way of inheritance in the following property in Hopkins County, Texas. Many of the Defendants in this case have an undivided interest in the property that is made the basis of Plaintiffs’ claim made pursuant to Chapter 29 of the Texas Property Code are legally described as follows: All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Hopkins County, Texas, about 20 miles S.E. from Sulphur Springs, described by metes and bounds as follows: A part of the J.S. Reed Survey, BEGINNING at the N.E. Corner of the Jesse Odom Survey, a stone; THENCE South with said Odom’s E.B. line 1048 5/6 varas to the N.W. Corner of the Geo. Thomas Survey; THENCE East 327 varas to W.E. Reeves W.B. line; THENCE North with said Reeves W.B. line 122 1/3 varas to a post oak marked X; THENCE East 38 varas; THENCE North 926 1/2 varas; THENCE West 365 1/2 varas to the beginning, containing 67 acres of land. LESS AND EXCEPT: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, a part of the J.S. Reed Survey, in Hopkins County, Texas, BEGINNING at the S.W. Corner of a 60 acre tract out of said survey conveyed by C.B. Taylor and wife, F.M. Taylor, to C.R. Taylor by deed dated the 2nd day of May, 1911; THENCE East with the SBL of said 60 acre tract 70 yards to a stake for corner; THENCE North parallel with the WBL of said 60 acre tract; THENCE South 140 yards to the place of beginning, containing 2.0 acres of land. The petition, filed on January 24, 2020 discloses a proceeding through Chapter 29 of the Texas Property Code of said properties situated in Hopkins County, Texas, that is the subject of the above suit. If this citation is not served within 90 days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
