PR-19-04029-2 TO County of Dallas, for one issue, prior to the return day hereof ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Kim Nita Vance a/k/a Kim Hampton a/k/a Kim Moore, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, August 17, 2020, to answer the Application for Determination of Heirship, for Independent Administration, and Issuance of Letters of Administration filed by Alafia Moore and Monica Hampton, on the December 16, 2019, in the matter of the Estate of: Kim Nita Vance a/k/a Kim Hampton a/k/a Kim Moore, Deceased, No. PR-19-04029-2, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicants allege that the decedent died on April 02, 2019 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Kim Nita Vance a/k/a Kim Hampton a/k/a Kim Moore, Deceased.
