THE STATE OF TEXAS: TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF MARIA LOURDES REYES, Deceased CAUSE NO. PR1-20-0055 COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 OF ROCKWALL COUNTY, TEXAS The alleged heir(s) at law in the above numbered and entitled estate filed an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND APPLICATION FOR INDEPENDENT AMINISTRATION AND LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 401.003 OF THE TEXAS ESTATES CODE in this estate on April 02, 2020, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs of MARIA LOURDES REYES, deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate. Said application may be heard and acted on by said Court at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 A.M. on the first Monday following the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the Rockwall County Courthouse, 1111 E. Yellowjacket Lane, Suite 403, in Rockwall, Texas. All persons interested in said estate are cited to appear before said Honorable Court at said above mentioned time and place by filing a written contest or answer to this application should they desire to do so.
