RADFORD, JENNIE RADFORD KILLIAN, ELSIE RADFORD PRICE, AND ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN DESCRIBED LAND IN THE 97TH DISTRICT COURT OF MONTAGUE COUNTY, TEXAS TO: Unknown Heirs of Johnny E. Lane, E.L. Judy, Weldon Carpenter, Marjorie Carpenter, L.R. Radford, Jennie Radford Killian, Elsie Radford Price, and Any Person Claiming an Interest in Described Land – GREETING: You are commanded to appear before the 97th District Court of Montague County, Texas to be held at the courthouse of said County in the city of Montague, Montague County, Texas, by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s Petition at or before 10 o'clock A.M. of the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday, June 21, 2021 in cause number 2021-0108M-CV, filed in said court, on the 14th day of April, 2021. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: This is an action to quiet title on real property, hereafter referred to as "the Property", described as follows: A 26.10 acre tract of land in the Mary Burnsides Survey A-14, Montague County, Texas and being part of a tract of land described in deed to W. W. Radford recorded in Volume 70, Page 602, Deed Records, Montague County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows in Plaintiff's Original Petition as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Petition on file in this suit. The name and address of the attorney for plaintiff, or the address of the plaintiff is: ZACHARY N. RENFRO, 210 CLAY ST., NOCONA, TX 76255, NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney does not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty-two days after the date this citation was issued, a default judgment may be taken against you."
