THE STATE OF TEXAS CITATION BY PUBLICATION CAUSE NO. 6300 PROBATE COURT, COUNTY COURT AT LAW ARANSAS COUNTY ROCKPORT, TEXAS TO ALL UNKNOWN OR MISSING HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF COLLEEN JOY MAHOEY, DECEASED NICHOLAS MAHONEY filed in the COUNTY COURT AT LAW of ARANSAS COUNTY, Texas, on August 03, 2020, an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION in the estate of COLLEEN JOY MAHONEY, Deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of COLLEEN JOY MAHAONEY, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in said estate.
