CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO THE HEIRS AND UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DANIEL W. PYKA PROBATE NO PR40638, COUNTY COURT, BRAZORIA COUNTY, TEXAS APPLICATION TO PROBATE A HOLOGRAPHIC WILL AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION WITH WILL ANNEXED AND APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP Said application will be heard and acted on by said Court at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, in County Court At Law #2 and Probate Court in the County Courthouse in Angleton, Texas. All persons interested in said estate are hereby cited to appear before Honorable Court at said above mentioned time and place by filing a written answer contesting such application should they desire to do so. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of the law, and the mandates hereof, and make due return as the law directs.
