You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 am., on the Monday next following the expiration of twenty (20) days after you were served with this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you. The Petitioner's Original Petition for Protection of A Child, for Conservatorship, and For Termination in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship of the TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY & PROTECTR^E SERVICES, Petitioner, was filed in the 381st Judicial District Court of Starr County, Texas on September 6, 2019, numbered DC-20-89 and entitled "IN THE INTEREST OF NINEL ROMERO, JOSE ROMERO AND LUIS ALBERTO HERNANDEZ CHILDREN." The Suit requests termination of parental rights of JOSE ROMERO & UNKNOWN FATHERS and appointment of petitioner as Managing Conservator and other orders as the court finds are in the best interest of the children.
