THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: Monica Duncan, Defendant(s), GREETING: whose residence is/are unknown, YOU are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to plaintiffs Petition before the County Court at Law No. l, Tarrant County, Texas, at the Courthouse, located at 100 W. Weatherford St .• Fort Worth, Texas 76196-0401, at or before ten o'clock AM. on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, said Monday being the 28th day of September, 2020, and then and there to answer the Plaintiffs Original Petition of Brenda Stackhouse; Brianna Stackhouse as plaintiff(s) filed in said Court, on the January 08, 2020 against Monica Duncan as defendant(s) said suit being numbered 2020-000258-1, the nature of which demand is as follows, to-wit: This lawsuit arises out of a motor vehicle collision which occurred on or about February 27, 2018. Plaintiffs Brenda Stackhouse and Brianna Stackhouse were traveling Eastbound on W. Mid Cities in Euless, Texas, when Defendant Monica Duncan Failed to obey traffic signals and ran a red-light striking Plaintiffs. The impact of the collision was so great that it caused Plaintiffs vehicle to roll onto its roof. Defendant's negligence caused the serious injuries and other damages to Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs Motion for Other Substituted Service (Rule 109a) was filed on July 29, 2020. An Order Granting Motion for Other Substituted Service was issued on July 31, 2020. THE officers executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandate hereof, and make due return as the law direct.
