TO THE PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF FRANCES MARCELLA YOCUM, DECEASED, 2020-05617 Homer Yocum filed in Deaf Smith County, Texas on 18th Day of August, 2020, an application for the probate of the last will and testament of said FRANCES MARCELLA YOCUM, deceased and for letters testamentary. The Will accompanied the application. Said Application will be heard acted on by said Court at 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from the date of posting this citation, the same being the 31st Day of August, 2020 at the County Courthouse in Hereford, Texas.
