STATE OF TEXAS; COUNTY OF KAUFMAN: NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: “You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney does not file a written answer with the clerk who issues this citation by 10:00 o’clock a.m. of the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, a default judgment may be taken against you.” To: Odessa Flewellen AND/OR TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, Defendant, Greetings: You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s Petition at or before ten o’clock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of the issuance of this citation, same being August 24, 2020 at or before ten o’clock a.m. before the Honorable 422nd District Court of Kaufman County, Texas, at the Courthouse of said County in Kaufman, Texas.
