TO THE FOLLOWING: All unknown heirs of Valentin C. Ortega, Deceased, and those heirs who may be suffering from legal disabilities. YOU AND EACH OF YOU HAVE BEEN SUED AND ARE HEREBY COMMANDED TO APPEAR AND ANSWER HEREIN. You may employ an attorney. If you or your Attorney do not file a written answer by 10:00 am on the Monday following the expiration of ten (10) days after the date of the issuance of this citation, a default judgment may be taken against you. Your answer must be filed at the office of the County Clerk of Refugio County, Texas, at 808 Commerce Street, Suite 112, Refugio, Refugio County, Texas 78377, or by mailing it to County Clerk of Refugio County, Texas, at PO Box 704, Refugio, Texas 78377, which mailing must be postmarked prior to the expiration of the first Monday, ten days from the date of issuance of this citation. A suit for the determination of the heirs of Valentin C. Ortega, Deceased, has been filed by Angel Ortega Kelly, in the County Court of Refugio County, Texas, under Cause #PR-5152 on August 28, 2020.
