THE STATE OF TEXAS NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney does not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty-two days after the date of issuance of this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you." To: Timber Lakes Civic Club, its last three known trustees whose addresses and whereabouts are unknown – namely Philip A. Keitel, Joe Albright, and Mary F. Stevens, and all persons claiming any title or interest in land heretofore given to Timber Lakes Civic Club of Route 2 Box 703, Spring, TX 77373 as grantee You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff's Original Petition at or before 10:00 A.M. of the Monday next after the expiration of forty-two days after the date of issuance of this citation the same being Monday, the 12th day of October, 2020 before the 284th Judicial District Court of Montgomery County, Texas at the Courthouse of said County in Conroe, Texas. Said Plaintiff's Original Petition was filed in said court on this the 29th day of July, 2020, in this case, numbered 20-07-08997-CV on the docket of said court. The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: Timber Lakes Volunteer Fire Department are Plaintiffs and Timber Lakes Civic Club are Defendants A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: The nature of plaintiff’s demand being to quiet title, try title by limitation, seeking declaratory relief, and/or trespass to try title arises from a dispute regarding 0.551 acres of real property with a common address of 3434 Royal Oaks Dr., Spring, TX 77380 (“Property”) with a legal description as follows: Lot A, Reserve ‘E’, of Timber Lakes, Section One, a subdivision of 170.72 Acres out of the J.L. Stanley Survey, Abstract 495, and the Harry Sigel Survey, Abstract 796, in Montgomery County, Texas, as per plat of said subdivision recorded in Volume 6, Page 35, Montgomery County Deed Records, to which Grantor reserving all minerals in, on or under said Lot or Lots, all according to the Deed recorded in Volume 719, Page 368 of the Real Property Records of Montgomery County, Texas. as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Original Petition on file in this suit. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due as the law directs.
