The petition of The Department of Family and Protective Services, Petitioner, was filed in the 326th Court of Taylor County, Texas on the 9th day of June, 2020, against FRED HILLIARD, respondent, numbered 09911-CX and entitled : ‘In the Interest of JASEMINE NICHOLE CHAPA, JAYAL RAELYNN THOMPSON and KAYDENCE JUEL CHAPA, children The suit request: termination of the parent-child relationship. The date and place of birth of the children who are the subject of the suit: JASMINE NICHOLE CHAPA, (Born August 24, 2003 in Palo Pinto County, TC), JAYLA RAELYNN THOMPSON, (Born September 3, 2006 in Brown County, TX) and KAYDENCE JUEL CHAPA, (Born August 10, 2011 in Abilene, TX). The court has the authority in this suit to render an order in the children’s interest that will be binding on you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship, the determination of paternity, and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the children’s adoption.
