The nature of the suit is as follows, to wit: The nature of said suit being substantially as follows: This is an auto personal injury, wrongful death and survival lawsuit in which Plaintiffs are seeking damages from the Defendants, arising from an automobile accident occurring on April 16, 2018, in Smith County, Texas.
