THE STATE OF TEXAS: TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF TOME H. MARTIN, Deceased CAUSE NO. PR1-20-0149 COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 OF ROCKWALL COUNTY, TEXAS The Applicant in the above numbered and entitled estate filed an APPLICATION TO PROBATE WILL AND FOR LETTERS TESTAMENTARY in this estate on August 21, 2020, requesting that the Court issue citation as required by law to all persons interested in the estate and admit the last will and testament of TOME H. MARTIN, deceased, to probate and issue letters testamentary in such estate. Said application may be heard and acted on by said Court at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 A.M. on the first Monday following the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the Rockwall County Courthouse, 1111 E. Yellowjacket Lane, Suite 403, in Rockwall, Texas. All persons interested in said estate are cited to appear before said Honorable Court at said above mentioned time and place by filing a written contest or answer to this application should they desire to do so. To ensure its consideration, you or your attorney must file any objection, intervention or response in writing with the County Clerk of Rockwall County, Texas on or before the above noted date and time.
