"Mike" Covington, II, deceased; The Known and Unknown Heirs of Sue Covington, deceased; The below described tracts are the properties of the subject of this suit: Plaintiffs are undivided interest owners by way of inheritance in properties in Leon County, Texas, being a 326-acre tract (hereafter referred as "Tract One"), a 30-acre tract (hereafter referred to as "Tract Two) and five (5) lots located in the town of Buffalo, Texas (hereafter referred as "Tract Three"). Many of the Defendants in this case have an undivided interest in each of the three tracts that are made the basis of Plaintiffs' claim made pursuant to Chapter 29 of the Texas Property Code are legally described as follows: Tract 1: Being a total of a 326 acre tract or parcel more or less of land lying and being situated in the J.M. Robinson Survey, A-992, the Charles Hunter Survey, A-382, and the Robert Hunter Survey, A-371, of the County of Leon, Texas and being the same lands described in Volume 162, Page 529 of the Official Records of Leon County, Texas. Tract 2: Being all that parcel or tract of land part of the S.D. McKay Survey, Abstract No. 562, and being a sometimes called 30 acre tract or a sometimes called 40 acre tract, more or less, and being all that part of the said Survey being situated about 1 mile N.E. of the town of Buffalo, Texas, lying adjacent to and south of the I. & G. N.R. R. Tract, and being the same land described in a deed dated January 15, 1915 from B.C. Bryan to Clyde Bryan and filed in Volume 42, Page 559 of the Deed Records of Leon County, Texas Tract 3: Being Lots No. One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5), in Block No. Twenty (20) in the Town of Buffalo, Leon County, Texas, according to the map and plat of said town as the same now appears of record in Vol. 25, Page 420, Deed Records of Leon County, Texas. Being a total of a 326 acre tract or parcel more or less of land lying and being situated in the J.M. Being all that parcel or tract of land part of the S.D. McKay Survey, Abstract No. 562, and being a sometimes called 30 acre tract or a sometimes called 40 acre tract, more or less, and being all that part of the said Survey being situated about 1 mile N.E. of the town of Buffalo, Texas, lying adjacent to and south of the I. & G. N.R. R. Tract, and being the same land described in a deed dated January 15, 1915 from B.C. Bryan to Clyde Bryan and filed in Volume 42, Page 559 of the Deed Records of Leon County, Texas. Being Lots No. One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5), in Block No. Twenty (20) in the Town of Buffalo, Leon County, Texas, according to the map and plat of said town as the same now appears of record in Vol. 25, Page 420, Deed Records of Leon County, Texas. You are commanded of appear and of answer before the 87th Judicial District Court of Leon County, Texas, at or before 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, being at or before 10:00 a.m. on Monday, the 24TH day of August, 2020, then and there to answer the Plaintiffs Original Petition in Cause No. 20-0009CV. The petition, filed on January 16, 2020 discloses a proceeding through Chapter 29 of the Texas Property Code of said properties situated in Leon County, Texas, that is the subject of the above suit. If this citation is not served within 90 days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
