If you or your attorney does not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty-two days after the date of issuance of this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.” TO: HARLEY PITTS, OR THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF HARLEY PITTS DEFENDANT, Greeting: You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s Original Petition at or before ten o’clock A.M. of the Monday next after the expiration of forty-two days after the date of issuance of this citation the same being Monday, NOVEMBER 9, 2020, before the Honorable Dan Moore, Judge of the 173RD Judicial District Judge of Henderson County, Texas at the COURTHOUSE in Athens, Texas. Said Plaintiff’s Original Petition was filed in said court on 09/22/2020, in this case numbered CV20-0511-173 on the docket of said court, and styled, RAYMOND LAWRENCE COOK, Jr. and ASHLEY LEHMAN COOK v. HARLEY PITTS, or the Unknown Heirs of Harley Pitts. The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: RAYMOND LAWRENCE COOK, Jr. and ASHLEY LEHMAN COOK are Plaintiffs and HARLEY PITTS, or the Unknown Heirs of Harley Pitts are defendants. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: Plaintiffs are the owners of a parcel of real property and all the improvements on that property located in Henderson County, Texas. The real property is described as follows: 12,742 square feet of property, more or less, being a portion of the J. Ping Survey, Abstract No. 508, Henderson County, Texas, and being the same land described in that Special Warranty Deed from Tarrant County Water Control and Improvement District Number One, as Grantor, to Harley Pitts and wife, Delores Pitts, as Grantee, recorded in Volume 759, Page 551 of the Real Property Records of Henderson County, Texas as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
