You are commanded to appear and to answer before the District Court of Houston County, Texas, in the Courthouse, Crockett, Houston County, Texas, at or before 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, being at or before 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 9, 2020, then and there to answer the Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Original Petition filed by Jacquelyn Abrams, Plaintiff, in Cause No. 19-0026, styled Jacquelyn Abrams vs. Horatio Dupont Durst, et al, filed on February 12, 2020, which petitions the court for partition by sale of the surface of the real property the subject of this suit, for contributions for taxes paid on the real property the subject of this suit, for attorney’s fees and for other relief against Defendants. Defendants own the following interests in the surface of a tract of land consisting of 56.5 acres in the John Hagan Survey, A-39, Houston County, Texas, more fully described in deed from H. W.
