CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WOOD TO: ALL THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD GERALD SCHARNINGHAUSEN, DECEASED, Cause No. 13,757 in County Court in and for Wood County, Texas Robert Allen Wing applicant in the above numbered and entitled case, filed on the 11thday of September, 2020 in Wood County, an Application for Independent Administration and on the 15th day of September, 2020 an Application for Determination of Heirhsip in Wood County. Applicant requests that the Court appoint Robert Allen Wing as Independent Administrator and Determine who are the heirs and only heirs of Decedent and their respective shares and interest in this Estate.. And that the Applicant be granted such other relief to which she may be entitled to receive.
