The Petitions of The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Petitioner, were filed in the County Court at Law No. 3 of Lubbock County, Texas, on July 2, 2020 and July 6, 2020, against Elmon Herrera, Respondent, numbered 2020540274, and styled: In the Interest of Ski Herrera, Axel Herrera, Children The suit requested: Original Petition for Protection of a Child, for Conservatorship, and for Termination in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship and Affidavit in Support of Emergency Removal and Order for Protection of a Child in an Emergency and Notice of Hearing Said children were born October 19, 2011 and June 4, 2020 respectively, in Lubbock, Texas. The Court has authority in this suit to enter any judgment or decree in the children’s interest which will be binding upon you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship, the determination of paternity, and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the child’s adoption.
