COOPER VS RICHARD A. MCNEW AND THE HEIRS AT LAW OF MARY JO MCNEW, SSN FOUND IN ACCURINT, DECEASED RE: 2325 CHAPEL LANE, CLEBURNE, TX 76031 A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: Plaintiff respectfully prays that Defendants be cited to appear and answer, and that upon final hearing the Court enters Judgment granting: 1) A declaration that all Decedent's heirs-at-law have been made parties to this suit and are vested with all of the Defendant's right, title and interest in the Property; and 2) A declaration that Plaintiff's vendor's lien against the Property be rescinded; and 3) A declaration that the method for rescission of the vendor's lien be by a non-judicial foreclosure, and that through foreclosure the Defendants be divested of Defendant's right, title and interest to the Property. Plaintiff further prays for all other relief, in law in equity, to which Plaintiff may show itself to be justly entitled. as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Original Petition on file in this suit.
