The petition of THE DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND PROTECTIVE SERVICES, Petitioner, was filed in the 326th Court of Taylor County, Texas on JANUARY 15, 2020 against MELITA CRAVEN; JUSTIN COOK; EMITERIO DELGADO; ANTHONY PHILLIPS numbered 09876-CX and entitled: “IN THE INTEREST OF K.C., K.C., L.D. AND K.P., CHILDREN The suit request: termination of the parent-child relationship. The Date and place of birth of the children who are the subjects of the suit are: Kylan Cook,(Born November 30, 2005 in Abilene, TX.), Kason Cook, (Born March 20, 2007 in Abilene, TX.), Lovelyn Delgado, (Born April 4, 2016 in Abilene, TX.), and Kolesyn Phillips, (Born December 17, 2018 Abilene, TX). The court has the authority in this suit to render an order in the child’s interest that will be binding on you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship, the determination of paternity, and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the children’s adoption.
