Cause No: 2020-0159C-CV THE STATE OF TEXAS IN THE ESTATE OF DEBRA JO HUMMEL, DECEASED IN THE 97th DISTRICT COURT OF CLAY COUNTY, TEXAS TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DEBRA JO HUMMEL, DECEASED- GREETING You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s Petition at or before ten o’clock A.M. of the Monday next after the expiration of FORTY-TWO (42) days after the date of service of this citation before the Honorable 97th DISTRICT COURT of Clay County, at the Courthouse in said County in Henrietta, Texas. Said Plaintiff’s Petition was filed in said court on the 21st day of August, 2020 in the above entitled cause. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: AN ADMINISTRATION IS PENDING UPON DECEDENT'S ESTATE AND IT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE ESTATE FOR THE COURT TO DETERMINE WHO ARE THE HEIRS AND ONLY HEIRS OF DECENDENT as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Petition on file in this suit. NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 A.M. on the Monday next following the expiration of 30 days after the date you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you." TRCP.99 The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
