Wheeler Survey, Van Zandt County, Texas, and being the same land described in Deed recorded in Vol. 548, Page 512 of the Deed Records of Van Zandt County, Texas. Save and Except One (1) Acre out of the SE corner of the tract described in Vol. 1356, Page 72, recorded in the Deed Records of Van Zandt County, Texas. Tract 4: A tract of land containing 4.928 acres more or less, described as 4.928 Acres located in the M. Chirino Survey, Van Zandt County, Texas, and being the same land described in Deed recorded in Vol. 1192, Page 912, of the Deed Records of Van Zandt County, Texas. Tract 5: A tract of land containing 1.849 acres more or less, described as 1.849 Acres located in the M. Chirino Survey, Van Zandt County, Texas, and being the same land described as "tract 4S" in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Vol. 764, Pg. 32 of the Deed Records of Van Zandt County, Texas, and being a portion of the land partitioned to Theodora Love from the Partition of the W.M. Kennedy Est. Cause No. 9965 on October 21, 1922. Tract 6: A tract of land containing 3.243 acres more or less, described as 3.243 Acres located in the M. Chirino Survey, Van Zandt County, Texas and being the same land described in Deed recorded in Vol. 1346, Page 228 of the Deed Records of Van Zandt County, Texas. Said remainder acreage containing more or less 61 acres, as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Petition for Partition on file in this suit.
