Wheeler Survey Van Zandt County, Texas and being the same land described in Deed from Daniel Hallman to Mary A. Love, dated March 22, 1879, and recorded in Vol. V, Page 507, Deed Records of Van Zandt County, Texas. Save and Except 21 acres, more or less conveyed by Mollie Love and husband Frank Love to 0. G. Love by deed dated June 5, 1908, and recorded in Vol. 89, Pg. 407 of the Deed Records of Van Zandt County, Texas. Said remainder acreage containing more or less 153 acres.. as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Petition for Partition on file in this suit.
