THOMAS, deceased; TO ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS of CHRISTINE S. THOMAS, deceased; TO ANY NON-RESIDENT HEIRS of CHRISTINE S. THOMAS, deceased; and TO ANY HEIRS of CHRISTINE S. THOMAS, deceased, WITHOUT THE STATE OF TEXAS. No. 20200310PR1 County Court of McLennan County, Texas On the 1st day of July, 2020, Andrea L. Corry, Applicant, filed an Application to Declare Heirship stating that: Andrea L. Corry, Applicant, is the niece of the Decedent, is an individual interested in this Estate, and is domiciled in San Ramon, Contra Costa County, California, 94583. Decedent died intestate on June 8, 2020, in the City of Waco, McLennan County, Texas 76710. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter under Texas Estate Code Section 32.002. The Court has venue on this matter under Texas Estate Code Section 33.001 because the Decedent resided in McLennan County, Texas. An Administration is pending on Decedent’s Estate in the above-numbered and entitled cause, and it is necessary and in the best interest of the Estate for the Court to determine who are the heirs and only heirs of Decedent. The Decedent was never married. No children were born to or adopted by Decedent. The names, address, relationship, and age of each heir to Decedent are as follows: Spiros A. Thomas, Deceased-1944, Father; Lefkey D. Kuluris Thomas, Deceased-12/9/80, Mother; Jimmie S. Thomas, Deceased-4/14/80, Brother; Thomas S. Thomas, Deceased-2/15/18, Brother; Elias S. Thomas, Deceased-1932, Brother; Andrea L. Corry, Unmarried, San Ramon, CA 94583, Niece, Adult, 1/2 Interest; Demtri Constantinos Thomas, Unmarried, Los Angeles, CA 90020, Nephew, Adult, 1/2 Interest. It is necessary and in the best interest of the Estate for the Court to determine who are the heirs of the Decedent. Applicant prays that citation issued as required by law; that upon hearing hereof, this Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of the Decedent and their respective shares and interest in this Estate; and that all other orders be entered as the Court may deem necessary and proper Said Application will be heard and acted on by said Court at 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publishing this citation, the same being the 07/27/2020 at the Courthouse thereof in Waco, McLennan County, Texas, at which time and place all persons interested in this Application to Declare Heirship, are hereby cited and required to appear by filing a written answer and contest to said application.
