And described as: Lots, Tracts Or Parcels of land known and described as Lot No. One (1) and Lot No. Two (2), in Block J, in Sunnyside Court A-P, a suburban addition to the City of Houston, being a subdivision of a part of B. H. Freeling Survey plat and the record thereof reference is here made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed.
