CITATION BY PUBLICATION Parent/Child Relationship FAM20-0559-CC2 THE STATE OF TEXAS To: RANDI REGINA HATLEVIG RESPONDENT: You are hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable County Court at Law II, Henderson County, Texas at the Courthouse of said County in Athens, Texas at or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. of the Monday next after the expiration of 20 days from the date of service of this citation, then and there to answer the APPLICATION FOR EX PARTE TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND ORIGINAL PETITION IN SUIT AFFECTING THE PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP of ERIC DOCKERY, Petitioner filed in said Court on the 09/23/2020, against RANDI REGINA HATLEVIG, Respondent, and said suit being numbered FAM20-0559-CC2 on the docket of said Court, and entitled “In the Interest of CHANCE JAMES DOCERY A CHILD”, the nature of which suit is a request for and other relief prayed for in the petition.
