CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS Probate Court No. 2 CAUSE NO. PR-20-02794-2 IN RE: THE ESTATE OF GLENN ALFONS NORBERG, DECEASED TO: THE ESTATE OF GLENN ALFONS NORBERG Defendant……. In the hereinafter styled and numbered cause: PR-20-02794-2 YOU are hereby commanded to appear before the Probate Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas in the Renaissance Tower of said county in the City of Dallas, Dallas County, State of Texas, at or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance hereof, being Monday, the November 16, 2020 day of A.D. and file a written answer to Application for Dependent Administration and for Determination of Heirship (After 4 Years) in Cause No. PR-20-02794-2 styled: In Re: The Estate of GLENN ALFONS NORBERG, Deceased filed in said Court on the September 03, 2020 the nature of Plaintiff’s demand being as follows, to wit: You are hereby notified of suit entitled In Re: The Estate of Glenn Alfons Norberg, Deceased, Defendants, pending in the Dallas County Probate Court Number PR-20-02794-2. The City of Dallas is seeking a determination of heirship in the above referenced case. The property is being Lot 28 in Block 35/6237 of Buckner Park #2, an addition to the city of Dallas, Texas, according to the map of plat thereof recorded in volume 3, page 401, map records, Dallas County, commonly referred to as 7232 Wallace Street, Dallas, Texas (the “Property”). The case number for this lawsuit is PR-20-02794-2. You are hereby notified that the testator’s property may pass to the testator’s heirs if the will is not admitted to probate. You are further notified that the person offering the testator’s will for probate may not be in default for failing to present the will for probate during the four-year period immediately following the testator’s death.
