This lawsuit is based on a motor vehicular collision occurring on or about October 16, 2019, North Dallas Parkway and El Dorado boulevard, Frisco, Texas. The collision was proximately caused by the negligence of Defendant. At the time of the collision, Defendant Greggory Kentrell Stephens was negligent in one or more ways. The above-reference accident was proximately caused by the negligence and/or recklessness of the Defendant. As a result of the Defendant's actions Plaintiff has suffered severe bodily, economic, and mental injuries for which Plaintiff sues.
