All persons interested in this case are cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written answer or contest with the Clerk of the Court for Probate Court No. 1 of Tarrant County, Texas at the Courthouse located at 100 W. Weatherford, 2nd floor, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, on October 26, 2020, which is the first Monday after the expiration of Ten (10) days from the date of publication, then and there to answer said Application for Letters of Independent Administration Pursuant to Section 401.003 of the Texas Estates code and for Determination of Heirship of JESSE EDWARD GILPIN AKA JESSIE EDWARD GILPIN filed on October 09, 2020 and show cause why this Court should not render a determination of heirs and only heirs in the estate of RONALD WAYNE BELL, DECEASED. Petitioner alleges that the decedent died in Hurst, Texas on May 07, 2020 and prays the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs and only heirs of RONALD WAYNE BELL, DECEASED.
