CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS: Cause No. DV-20-03573 TO: JAMES DARBY, IV, Respondent: GREETING NOTICE TO RESPONDENT: “You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 20 days after the date you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.” The petition of Patrice Simone Darby, Petitioner, was filed in the District Court of Camp County, Texas, on the 14th day of August, 2020, against James Darby, IV, Respondent, numbered DV-20-03573, and entitled “In the Matter of the Marriage of Patrice Simone Darby and James Darby, IV, and in the Interest of T.Y.D., Z.Y.D., and T.D., Children”. The suit requests dissolution of the marriage, division of property, that Patrice Simone Darby be sole managing conservator of the children, that Respondent provide support for the children, and requests temporary orders and injunction for the safety and welfare of the children, as is more fully shown by the Petition on file in this suit. The Court has authority in this suit to enter any judgment or decree dissolving the marriage and providing for the division of property, and to render an order in the children’s best interest, that will be binding on you.
