RICARDO RODRIGUEZ A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: SEE ATTACHED This is an automobile accident that occurred on February 5, 2019, in El Paso County, Texas, Ricardo Rodriguez was the driver of a 2004 Grey Dodge Ram 1500 and was on Alameda Avenue traveling eastbound. Ms. Rosa Estrada was also traveling eastbound on Alameda Avenue and was at a complete stop at a red light traffic signal when Mr. Rodriguez failed to stop on time and collided into the back of Ms. Estrada’s vehicle. as per attached and as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
