PR-18-01735-2 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Richard Leach Hutchings, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, November 02, 2020, to answer the Application for Determination of Heirship and for Court-Created Independent Administration pursuant to §401.003 of the Texas Estates Code filed by Shane Hutchings, on the September 29, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Richard Leach Hutchings, Deceased, No. PR-18-01735-2, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on January 19, 2018 in Garland, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Richard Leach Hutchings, Deceased.
