THE STATE OF TEXAS CITATION BY PUBLICATION CAUSE NO. 8236 IN THE ESTATE OF JAMES VICTOR REDUS, DECEASED TO ALL UNKNOWN OR MISSING HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES VICTOR REDUS, DECEASED JOSHUA J. REDUS, in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed on SEPTEMBER 28, 2020, an APPLICATION FOR LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION AND TO DECLARE HEIRSHIP in the estate of JAMES VICTOR REDUS, Deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of JAMES VICTOR REDUS, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in said estate, and that the Court Determine whether there is a need for Administration of the Decedent’s Estate.
