Citation By Publication – Determination of Heirship The State of Texas County of Fannin TO DONALD LEE BERTRAM, JR., INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF: DONALD LEE BERTRAM, Deceased Cause No. PR-2020-12843 In County Court at Law, Fannin County, Texas The DONALD LEE BERTRAM, JR., at law in the above numbered and entitled estate filed an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION in this estate on the 24th day of August, 2020, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of DONALD LEE BERTRAM, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.
