PR-20-01604-2 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Iris Candamio, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, November 02, 2020, to answer the Application to Declare Heirship, for Probate of Will, for Court-Created Independent Administration by Agreement, and for Issuance of Letters of Independent Administration filed by Ann Peak f/k/a Ann Candamio Rosseler, on the September 25, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Iris Candamio, Deceased, No. PR-20-01604-2, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on April 21, 2020 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Iris Candamio, Deceased.
