THE STATE OF TEXAS To any Sheriff or any Constable within the State of Texas-----GREETING: YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to cause to be published, ONCE, not less than ten days before the return day thereof, exclusive of the date of publication, in a newspaper of general circulation printed and/or published in McLennan County, Texas, the accompanying citation, of which the herein below is a true copy. __________________________________________________________________________________________ CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE of RICKEY LEE TENNYSON, deceased; TO ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS of RICKEY LEE TENNYSON, deceased; TO ANY NON-RESIDENT HEIRS of RICKEY LEE TENNYSON, deceased; and TO ANY HEIRS of RICKEY LEE TENNYSON, deceased, WITHOUT THE STATE OF TEXAS. No. 20200353PR1 County Court of McLennan County, Texas On the 21st day of October, 2020, Rachelle Renea Tennyson, “Applicant”, filed an Application For Determination of Heirship in the Estate of Rickey Lee Tennyson, deceased, furnishing the following information to the Court: Rickey Lee Tennyson “Decedent”, died on June 6, 2017 in Waco, McLennan County, Texas. This Court has jurisdiction and venue because Decedent was domiciled and had a fixed place of residence in this county on the date of death at 816 Kipling Drive, Waco, McLennan County, Texas. Applicant claims to be owner of Decedent’s Estate. The names and residences of all of Decedent’s heirs, the relationship of each heir to Decedent, and the true interest of the Applicant and of each of the heirs in the Estate of the Decedent are as follows: Randy Lamoth Tennyson of Midlothian, Texas, Son, True Interest: 1/3; Rachelle Renea Tennyson of Mineola, Texas, Daughter, True Interest: 1/3; Rickey Dewayne Tennyson of Farmers Branch, Texas, Son, True Interest: 1/3. No other children were born to or adopted by the Decedent. Decedent was married two (2) times during his lifetime: To: Judy F. Houston, Date of Marriage: September 3, 1977 – approximately and Date of Divorce: February 4, 1982 – approximately, Children: Randy Lamoth Tennyson and Rachelle Renea Tennyson and then To: Janet G. Jackson, Date of Marriage: October 9, 1988 – approximately and Date of Divorce: May 30, 2000 – approximately, Children: Rickey Dewayne Tennyson. To the best knowledge of the Applicant, the Decedent died intestate. Decedent owned personal property described generally as real estate and cash in an approximate amount of $115,000.00. Applicant request that Bond be waived. The application states that it does not omit any information as required by Estates Code, Section 202.004, et seq. 202.005. Applicant prays that Citation issue as required by Law; that an Attorney Ad Litem be appointed to represent Decedent’s living heirs whose names and whereabouts are unknown; that upon hearing hereof, the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of the Decedent and their respective shares and interests in this Estate. Said Application will be heard and acted on by said Court at 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publishing this citation, the same being the 11/16/2020 at the Courthouse thereof in Waco, McLennan County, Texas, at which time and place all persons interested in this Application For Determination of Heirship, are hereby cited and required to appear by filing a written answer and contest to said application.
