Trust 2004-NC1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-Nc1 vs. Imelda Cortez TO: Anthony Cortez Jordan Doe Amanda Doe NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 am on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days after the date this citation was issued, a default judgment may be taken against you." You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff's Original Petition at or before 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation before the Honorable 107th District Court of Cameron County, at the Courthouse in said County in Brownsville, Texas. Said Plaintiff's Original Petition was filed in said court on the 9th day of January, 2020 in the above entitled cause. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: Plaintiff Deutsche Bank National Trust, Company, as trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS, Capital I Inc, Trust 2004-NC I, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2004-NC l, its successors and assigns, by and through its attorney of record, Thuy Frazier of McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, 1255 West 15th Street, Suite I 060, Plano, Texas 75075, brought suit in rem only, against Anthony Cortez, Jordan Doe, and Amanda Doe, and any other person(s) claiming any right, title, or interest through Arnoldo Cortez, as heir(s)-at-Iaw, to 125 Pearl Drive, Brownsville, Texas 78521, and legally described to wit: LOT SEVEN (7), AND THE ADJACENT NORTH TWENTY-FIVE (25') FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK THREE (3), NEUVILLE SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BROWNSVILLE, CAMERON COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME 13, PAGE 59, MAP RECORDS OF CAMERON COUNTY, TEXAS as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Original Petition on file in this suit.
