CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS To all persons interested in the Estate of Louis Earl Goodman, Sr., Deceased, Cause No. PR5695, County Court of Jack County, Texas; and to any unknown heirs of Louis Earl Goodman, Sr., Deceased, their executors, administrators, heirs or assignees: Louis Earl Goodman, Jr., filed an Application to Determine Heirship and Letters of Independent Administration in the County Court of Jack County, Texas, styled as follows: “Estate of Louis Earl Goodman, Sr., Deceased, Cause No. PR5695, County Court of Jack County, Texas,” the general nature of the proceedings being to determine who are the heirs and only heirs of the Decedent, Louis Earl Goodman, Sr., to determine that a necessity exists for the administration of the estate, and to appoint an Independent Administrator of the estate.
