You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney does not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of twenty days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.” Greetings: You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Petitioner’s petition at or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 20 days from the date of service of this citation, then and there to answer the petition of Moshamath Shalina Akhter, Petitioner, filed in said court on the 5th day of June, 2020 against Mohiuddin Sohel, Respondent, and the said suit being numbered 470-53005-2020 on the docket of said court and entitled “In the Matter of the Marriage of Moshamath Shalina Akhter and Mohiuddin Sohel,” the nature of which suit is a request to Obtain a Divorce.
