NOTICE TO RESPONDENT: “You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not le a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 am. on the Monday next following the expiration of twenty days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you. TO: ROBERT FORD WADE, Greetings: YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to appear and answer before the Honorable 272nd District Court, Brazos County, Texas, at the Courthouse Brazos County in Bryan, Texas, at or before 10 o’clock am. of the Monday next after the expiration of 20 days from the date of service of this citation, then and there to answer the petition of REBECCA LYNN WADE , Petitioner, filed in said Court on January 22, 2020, against ROBERT FORD WADE, and said suit being Cause No. 20-000169-CVD-272 on the docket of said Court and entitled: IN THEMATTER OF THE MARRIAGE OF REBECCA LYNNWADE AND ROBERT FORD WADE The nature of which suit is a request to: ORIGINAL PETITION FOR DIVORCE, MOTION FOR CITATION BY POSTING, ORDER ON MOTION FOR CITATION BY POSTING AND AFIDVIT FOR CITATION BY POSTING. “The Court has authority in this suit to enter any judgment or decree dissolving the marriage and providing for the division of property which will be binding on you."
