POSTING CITATION ON APPLICATION FOR PROBATE THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL HICKSON, DECEASED, Cause No. 20- 0662-CP4, MELISSA HICKSON, applicant, filed in County Court at Law #4, Williamson County, 405 Martin Luther King Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on the 17th day of July, 2020 an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF DEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION upon the ESTATE OF MICHAEL HICKSON, DECEASED. Said application may be heard and acted on by said Court at 10 o’clock a.m. on or after the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of posting this citation, the same being the 3rd day of August, 2020, at the Williamson County Justice Center in Georgetown, Texas. All persons interested in said cause are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court on or before above mentioned time and place by filing a written answer contesting such application should they desire to do so. The officer executing this citation shall post the copy of this citation at the Williamson County Justice Center in which this proceeding is pending, at the place in or near said Williamson County Justice Center where public notices customarily are posted, for not less than 10 days before the return day thereof, exclusive of the date of posting and return the original copy of this citation to the clerk stating in a written return thereon the time when and the place where he posted such copy.
